Organ donation is one of the most selfless and generous gestures anyone can make. I do not take these offers lightly, and am great full for each and every one. I would encourage everyone who is thinking about taking this step to have all the information they need to educate themselves and their family. They both asked if after my mom received her transplant I would be willing to share there stories and info. with anyone who may still be interested in donating. In the intrest of paying it forward I hope to do what I can to help these families.
The first is a father of three young children who has been on dialysis for a number of years now while waiting for a donor. He has a blood type A, he needs A or O. Rebecca is his wifes name and she can be contacted at antoinededdings@yahoo.com
The second is a woman, who like myself is trying to find a kidney for her mother who has a blood type B, she needs a B or O. She is unable to donate because she had melenoma skin cancer. Her name is Melissa and can be contacted at meak562@hotmail.com or MKurek@monroeproducts.com
